Goodtouch company only approves the below guarantee and service unless there are formal file confirmation, otherwise, the  guarantee and services will be considered as unauthorized by Goodtouch.

 
General

Goodtouch company offers the below services based on different product series.

Product serial Quality warranty         
Touch screen 3 year
Touch monitor 1 year
Touch computer 1 year
Industry touch computer 3 year
Touch POS terminal 1 year
Touch kiosk/Digital signage 1 year

Remark:
1. You can select 2-3 years quality warranty by paying charges
2.quality guarantee is not include frame shell
3. The above guarantee date is subject to the delivery date from our company
4. No-including the module of customer purchase
5. During in quality guarantee, the shipment fee pay by half
 
Replace Policy
Ⅰ.Inspection Period

After sending the products within 5 days from Goodtouch, the users can inspect the products appurtenance and hardware 

according to Goodtouch Company’s standard. If there are not any objections, the products will be considered as qualified.

Ⅱ.Scope
1. Product was broken down in the way of transportation.
2. Products was broken in the way of installation according to Goodtouch Company regulation.
3. Goodtouch has confirmed other defective products.
Ⅲ. Requirements
1. Supply the problem and reason details, including words description and installation environment.
2. Have the Goodtouch original packaging.
Ⅳ. Goodtouch can access to refuse replacing based on below situation:
1. Blackly destroy
2. Goodtouch company label is not perfect, or can not recognize the model number or Series Number.
3. Parts are not perfect, the spare parts have been destroyed or no special packaging.
4. The controller has been folded personally without authorized by Goodtouch.
 
Free Warranty Policy
Free warranty:
Scope: products cannot work normally without any physic damage, outside of appearance damage.
Requirement:
1. Goodtouch company label is complete, Can clearly identify the MODEL and SN.
2. Supply the detailed file of problem statement.
3. Other specification based on Goodtouch request.
Out of free warranty
1. Goodtouch company label is incomplete and cannot clearly identify the MODEL and SN.
2. It is inconsistent between product using and design using.
3. Products with physic damage
4. Products have been repaired or revised out of Goodtouch workers.
5. Abnormal storage or bad working environment
6. Users do not adopt standard software or standard, public sales computer parts.
7. Goodtouch products damaged due to Natural disaster (such: earthquake, flood, fire) or social riot or government policy.
 
Other services

Out of warranty for anyone of below point. Goodtouch supply repaired services, and charge a certain material and work hours cost.

1. Over the warranty period and scope without any physic damage and over the free exchange period or scope with hardware damage.

2. Over the replace period but under warranty period:
 ⑴ Goodtouch company label is incomplete and cannot clearly identify the MODEL and SN.
 ⑵ Products with physic damage
 ⑶ Products have been repair or revised out of Goodtouch workers.
 ⑷ Abnormal storage or bad working environment
 ⑸ Users do not adopt standard software or standard, public sales computer parts.
 ⑹ Goodtouch products damaged due to Natural disaster (such as: earthquake, flood, fire) or social riot or government policy.
 
Special Note

1. Users should do a backup job for those important data, Goodtouch company does not responsible to compensate the lost of 

missed data.

2. During the repair services period, Goodtouch Company will positively negotiate with you to find solution if there are any force 

majeure problems cause we cannot implement our repair promise.

3. Within the warranty period, if the product or parts don't work or bad, we provide parts by free and User pay the shipping cost ( this policy just for Nun-China Mainland User).
